Parents are urged to bring their children and potential horse buyers are urged to come out to learn about and experience the horses and what it takes to provide the proper care and attention that a horse needs. Students are taught how to understand how horses act and react to humans and the world around them. With knowledge and interaction, students become comfortable and relaxed around horses making learning easier. The ground skills that students are taught will provide the confidence that will be needed for a good strong foundation for student to evolve into an officiant rider and become into a horseman/woman in the future. Without the understanding of the way horses respond and why they do the things they do or react, make it hard to communicate to the horse and make for a good relationship along with a good experience between rider, horse owner and horse. This foundation of skills will forever evolve with the rider as they become more confident and relaxed allowing the student to continue earning and understanding the fundamentals of horseback riding.
